Angela has helped us with at least 7 real estate transactions over the past 12 or so years, both purchasing and selling. She has been impactful in each one giving sound advice which lead to better deals. She asks about what is important to us as the client and then assists in making sure those factors are met along with structuring the proposals to best suit those needs. She is extremely knowledgeable of the local market, has many connections to service providers, and is very timely in both responses and actions. Angela has all the tools of a large agency through Crye-Leike, but the service is very personal.

Her response was immediate and she remembered speaking with us! She quickly got us on her calendar and spent 2 full days driving us all over Wilson and Sumner counties showing us potential homes. After Angela arranged for us to meet with the builders, we ended up selecting the new build that wouldn’t be ready for two months. Angela went above and beyond during that entire two months.
