Angela helped me through the process of building a new construction home and selling my current home. There were challenges during this time to say the least. Right when I decided to put my home on the market my husband passed away, a tornado came through the area and the Corona Virus hit. I can't say enough about Angela and the job she does. Her knowledge-base, professionalism and dedication is second to no one. This is the second time that she has helped us sell our home and third time that she has helped us purchase one and the feeling that we could just "let go" so to speak while trying to live our lives and that we weren't missing anything or being taken advantage of is probably the highest compliment that we could pay to Angela. Also, and very important, I've sometimes found that agents will give me an answer to a question of mine even though they don't know the answer themselves for sure, and I can sense that. Angela will be up-front and honest and if she doesn't know it for sure, she'll let you know it but will also get you the correct answer in a timely manner. She stays in constant communication during the process and we never have to chase her down, which is much appreciated. Overall, Angela is a 5-star agent in our book!

I will say what I enjoyed most about my experience with (Angela Knee) in which I sold my existing home and purchased a new home. Angela's knowledge and understanding of everything. Then to communicate that to me in a way that I understood. Always available to answer questions and if not available would always get back to me in a timely manner (understanding she has a life too.) Angela has been amazing. She is cool under pressure and a great communicator. If you want a realtor that is going to be passionately committed to your best interests she is a great choice. Angela went the “extra mile” for us when it was discovered that there was a problem with our property boundary and legal description. She was instrumental in resolving that dilema by finding a surveyor who could survey the property in a timely manner and simultaneously worked with the Title Insurance representative to secure reimbursement to us for any financial loss we might have incurred. The result was a successful sale and closing on our house at our asking price.
